The BIGGEST MISSING PIECE in "Public Education"

The Founders of our country, in the Declaration of Independence plainly stated: (in snippets) "...God entitle them", "..all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights", "appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of our Intentions", "a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence"

Their entire premise for the RIGHT to throw off the tyranny of the King of England appeals to GOD.

That's why it is so important for history to be re-written by the Secular Humanists, also called the Progressive Secularists, also called Socialists, also called Communists.

Historical revisionism

Historian Forrest McDonald is often critical of the turn that revisionism has taken but he nevertheless admits that the turmoil of the 1960s in the United States changed the way history was written. He wrote:

Just a few days ago, my wife disbelieved this has happened in the Public Schools. She went to the local Public School and borrowed a few textbooks. Not surprisingly, the Biology book was Evolution from cover to cover. But the History book omits the first settlement of America by the Pilgrims, which they euphemized as "the first wave". Period. Three words. The book then takes up history with the westward migration of the "Pioneers". A rather large omission, I think.

For an American to understand the importance of "all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights" cannot possibly be overstated.

This is the single basis for ALL American Freedom, Liberty, and what the SOVEREIGNTY of the individual is all about. Individual sovereignty has also been called SELF OWNERSHIP. (Also see Communist Stumbles into Self-Ownership)

This is a concept that cannot be allowed to be widely known in a society that enslaves it's citizens.

Which in a nutshell is why America has been Deliberately Dumbed Down. Fact-based education has been replaced with feelings, self-esteem, and Condom Skills Building.

Productive Member of Society?

I was just watching a news story about the 8-year-old double murderer.

They had a video of the kid telling his story with the face blanked out. Easily telling the story, I might add. You could hardly get a kid to relate his afternoon at school so easily, completely, and in order.

So the news guy was discussing the story with an attorney saying how in "10 years of programs and therapy", hopefully the kid will be a "Productive Member of Society".

Of course my first reaction, based on what I know from personal experience about "programs and therapy" for kids and teenagers was "You bet your ass".

Upon reflection, I haven't heard the term "Productive Member of Society" in a very long time.

Why not?

Could it have to do with nothing being taught (or being allowed to be taught) about "making something of your life" or obtaining skills so you can support yourself, let alone a family.

Is "The Plan" mainly to have the government take care of you?

For a very large portion of the population, that seems to be it.

Witness the Obama voter "I won't have to worry about my mortgage or putting gas in my car"

So is it passé for a kid to have aspirations to "Be a productive member of society"?

I think so.

Establish an agency culture of SERVICE, courtesy and respect. Be decent human beings. Shit-can the Satan Worshipers and Rabid Man Haters.

Hire only people who ARE PARENTS. No single, unmarried or person of "alternate lifestyle".

Psych Exams for the CPS employees, Psych Examiners, Judges, Lawyers.

Ban Psych Exams for people, since they are UNCONSTITUTIONAL and a FRAUD anyway.

Stop the FRAUD, scams, lying, coercion.

Stop the "evidence" fabrication from thin air. Any CPS employee who does that is a CRIMINAL and should go straight to prison.

Establish what MORALS are, and what ETHICS are (certainly NOT "situational")

Teach CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS and why agents who are out to enter into AMERICAN HOMES had sure better get SEARCH WARRANTS specific to what the alleged CRIME is.

On that subject, investigate CRIMES ONLY. No fishing expeditions, liberal interpretation of what an INFRACTION might be.

DEFINE what a DIRTY HOUSE IS. Is there even a law?

Ideas on the big money give-away (economic stimulus). I just saw a news report on NWCN interviewing people at Walmart (since this is probably where most of the money is going to go). The people they interviewed were older folks and they were talking about buying toys for the grand kids. Made in China. This has me yelling at the TV. The average family probably intends to buy a big screen TV. Made in China. How about- Offer special enticements if money spent on hybrid or super efficient vehicles. Money spent on improving house insulation, windows, doors, heating systems, alternate power sources could TRIPLE IN VALUE when adding other incentives already offered. Or pay off old debt. Which is the actual problem. Surely try to get people to BUY AMERICAN so what we want the money give-away to do-accomplishes what it is supposed to: Breath life back into the American economy. That would be jobs, better pay, and reducing our foreign oil bill. Maybe a series of PSA's? Or maybe offer to DOUBLE the rebate if spent on AMERICAN MADE energy efficient improvements. The companies themselves would probably jump on the bandwagon with a huge rebate.

Millions have pledged the oath upon enlistment in the Armed Forces of the United States. And many have bravely fought foreign enemies and died for our "freedoms".

Today, America is packed to the rafters with enemies of the Constitution of the United States of America, from your city, county, and state; to the highest offices in the land.

We have noticed a constant theme of CPS going after military and ex-military people's children: CPS is scared to death of them.

Why do you suppose they are so afraid of honorable military folk?

The answer is simple- CPS is a domestic enemy, exactly the sort of thing we overthrew with British rule, and THEY KNOW IT.

We have hundreds of thousands of veterans of Korea, Nam, and the Persian Gulf who fought enemies of America. The current "war over there" is (supposedly) about foreign TERRORISTS.

CPS is our Domestic Terrorists. There is no spin or "smiley face" to paste on them. They are the very definition of COMMUNIST. They aren't obeying "laws". They are LAWLESS. The Administrative courts that destroy American families are NOT Constitutional Courts of Due Process.

CPS has good reason to be afraid. They ARE domestic enemies and the enemy of the American Family.

So, how much more of this are we going to put up with?

We are trying very hard to create a PEACEFUL termination of this unconstitutional, communist agency.

RE: S. 3038 and H.R. 6307

Beginning with Mondale's CAPTA '74, a war was launched upon America's families.

If people commit a crime against a child, then it should be treated as a CRIME, not as a sort of a civil lawsuit, with the accused having no Miranda Rights, no Constitutional Rights, no due process, no fair and impartial court, no defense.

We now have "family courts" where everybody there is part of the "prosecution team". The court-appointed attorneys do not offer anything resembling a "vigorous defense"- unlike what happened on behalf of the FLDS. Which speaks reams about the difference between wide-spread media coverage and SECRET tribunals with all the system actors having "immunity" for Federal Crimes against Americans.

This system is draining the Social Security system of BILLIONS of dollars, every bit of it by fraud.

Senator Wyden, in 1996, you, Mr. Roth and Mr Coats sponsored Amendment No 4909 to S. 1956 which included the verbiage "..that States shall give preference to an adult relative over a non-related caregiver when determining a p lacement for a child.."

As evidenced by the Texas FLDS fiasco, where the standard method of operation of CPS was put on every television in the world, there is not even the pretense of Reasonable Efforts being made to prevent children being kidnapped from their homes.

This system is a complete disaster, a plague, an enemy invasion and sabotage of the American Family that far exceeds any threat from drunk drivers, floods, fire, earthquakes, or terrorist attack.

It is time for the War on American Family to stop.

Take it down. All of it.

I urge you in the most passionate terms, to vote NO on both S. 3038 and H.R. 6307 when it shows up in the Senate. Just let the perverse incentives sunset that kidnap kids for money.

The World Court also ordered God to "cease and desist" and placed Him under a Restraining Order against Damning the CPS and Homo's. The High and Mighty Court said "We don't care WHO YOU think YOU are, Justice is OURS!"

This brings up the subject of violent reaction to a CPS invasion. When we started AFRA in 2002, we recognized that we MUST NOT suggest or imply violence in any way to people who are in anguish. Having your children stolen is one of the most distressing life events you can suffer, including a death in the family.

Through the years, we have heard many such assertions, including state representatives- "If they took MY kids, they would have to deal with MY gun!"

And every once in a while, we hear of some CPS worker getting shot up or killed. We have heard that there are areas of Detroit(?) that CPS workers just don't go.

We sincerely hope that AFRA is giving people HOPE and a way to FIGHT BACK against what can appear to be an impossible situation, so violence would not appear to even be an option.

If we had OUR WAY, it would be a High School course requirement for a class on WHAT TO DO when accused, what your Constitutional Rights are, HOW to conduct yourself right from the beginning, and how to get the TRUTH ON THE RECORD in court.

My case ended on January 31, 1999, but the consequences did not.

Thank you for keeping me in your email list.

On a positive note, CPS was a large part of the reason that I began school as an undergraduate, and receive my AAS, BA, and now MPA. Law and policy is what has driven me. Interestingly, my youngest son majored in cultural anthropology in college, and he went into this for the same reason I went into law and policy. Why do cultures believe what they do and how do certain institutions come to exist? How can an agency list this exist with so much power and so little accountability? Who would have ever thought that we would ask the same questions and go in such different directions?

(My older son was pretty much destroyed by CPS, is now 27, lives in a group home, has never held a job.)

Same here with the one CPS "protected". He does get to eat all he wants, watch all the porn and violent horror flicks he wants, gets all the dope he wants, sleeps whenever he wants, and certainly does NOT have to put out an ouce of effort.
