H. J. Res. 97 Parents Rights Amendment

H.J. Res. 97 was introduced July 26, 2008 by Sponsor Rep. Peter Hoekstra [R-MI]

Here's what I wrote to my Congress "person", Rep. Hooley, Darlene [D] "Representing the 5th District of Oregon"-

Darlene, I implore you in the most passionate terms possible, as my representative to support and vote "YES" on H.J. Res 97, The Parent's Rights Amendment.

Families are suffering tyranny and domestic terrorism by the hundreds of thousands under the black boot of Children's Protective Services; and by constant attack of "Special Interest Groups". We are the GENERAL INTEREST GROUP everybody wants to bite pieces out of.

For the past 34 years, almost NOTHING has been more corrupt, fraudulent, and malfeasant than CPS and their colluding contractors destroying American Families to collect the Federal Funding streams. We are completely fed up with it.

"Studies reveal that children are 11 times more likely to be abused in state care than they are in their own homes, and 7 times more likely to die as a result of abuse in the foster care system" - John Walsh Show 4-16-2003

"...study found thousands of children already in foster care who would have done better had child protection agencies not taken them away in the first place." - Foster Care vs. Keeping Families Together: The Definitive Study 7-7-2007

The CPS agencies make no pretense of Reasonable Efforts to keep the family together, no do they provide any real services to help families in poverty and rendered homeless.

There is NO funding for helping people. The Federal Funding Streams (and profit) come by making kids legal orphans to be adopted- or be doped out of their skulls in Residential Treatment.

The problem is, the funding creates a culture of malfeasance and FRAUD.

The system destroying the American Family is defrauding the US of AT LEAST $7 BILLION dollars a year to do it. (We think it's a LOT more than that)
