Sent to my Oregon Senators

This is what I just now sent to Sen Wyden and Sen Smith-

RE: S. 3038 and H.R. 6307

Beginning with Mondale's CAPTA '74, a war was launched upon America's families.

If people commit a crime against a child, then it should be treated as a CRIME, not as a sort of a civil lawsuit, with the accused having no Miranda Rights, no Constitutional Rights, no due process, no fair and impartial court, no defense.

We now have "family courts" where everybody there is part of the "prosecution team". The court-appointed attorneys do not offer anything resembling a "vigorous defense"- unlike what happened on behalf of the FLDS. Which speaks reams about the difference between wide-spread media coverage and SECRET tribunals with all the system actors having "immunity" for Federal Crimes against Americans.

This system is draining the Social Security system of BILLIONS of dollars, every bit of it by fraud.

Senator Wyden, in 1996, you, Mr. Roth and Mr Coats sponsored Amendment No 4909 to S. 1956 which included the verbiage "..that States shall give preference to an adult relative over a non-related caregiver when determining a p lacement for a child.."

As evidenced by the Texas FLDS fiasco, where the standard method of operation of CPS was put on every television in the world, there is not even the pretense of Reasonable Efforts being made to prevent children being kidnapped from their homes.

This system is a complete disaster, a plague, an enemy invasion and sabotage of the American Family that far exceeds any threat from drunk drivers, floods, fire, earthquakes, or terrorist attack.

It is time for the War on American Family to stop.

Take it down. All of it.

I urge you in the most passionate terms, to vote NO on both S. 3038 and H.R. 6307 when it shows up in the Senate. Just let the perverse incentives sunset that kidnap kids for money.

The brain of 12 year old Bucky B.- who was brutally Raped to Death in a homosexual Texas Foster home- was removed and resuscitated in a glass jar.

The miracles of modern technology enabled Bucky's Brain to speak electronically.

The only thing Bucky's Brain said, over and over, was "G-d Damn CPS and their Homo's".

The World court has ordered that Bucky's Brain shall be executed for "Thought Crimes", and the homosexual foster dudes will receive reparation of $10 Million each from the government for their "suffering and humiliation". The CPS workers got a promotion and pay raise.

The World Court also ordered God to "cease and desist" and placed Him under a Restraining Order against Damning the CPS and Homo's. The High and Mighty Court said "We don't care WHO YOU think YOU are, Justice is OURS!"

This brings up the subject of violent reaction to a CPS invasion. When we started AFRA in 2002, we recognized that we MUST NOT suggest or imply violence in any way to people who are in anguish. Having your children stolen is one of the most distressing life events you can suffer, including a death in the family.

Through the years, we have heard many such assertions, including state representatives- "If they took MY kids, they would have to deal with MY gun!"

And every once in a while, we hear of some CPS worker getting shot up or killed. We have heard that there are areas of Detroit(?) that CPS workers just don't go.

We sincerely hope that AFRA is giving people HOPE and a way to FIGHT BACK against what can appear to be an impossible situation, so violence would not appear to even be an option.

If we had OUR WAY, it would be a High School course requirement for a class on WHAT TO DO when accused, what your Constitutional Rights are, HOW to conduct yourself right from the beginning, and how to get the TRUTH ON THE RECORD in court.

So you can get mad, but wisely turn that anger into intelligent ACTION, not violence. All that will accomplish is put you in prison and your kids darn sure will go to foster prison or state residential incarceration.

My case ended on January 31, 1999, but the consequences did not.

Thank you for keeping me in your email list.

On a positive note, CPS was a large part of the reason that I began school as an undergraduate, and receive my AAS, BA, and now MPA. Law and policy is what has driven me. Interestingly, my youngest son majored in cultural anthropology in college, and he went into this for the same reason I went into law and policy. Why do cultures believe what they do and how do certain institutions come to exist? How can an agency list this exist with so much power and so little accountability? Who would have ever thought that we would ask the same questions and go in such different directions?

(My older son was pretty much destroyed by CPS, is now 27, lives in a group home, has never held a job.)

Same here with the one CPS "protected". He does get to eat all he wants, watch all the porn and violent horror flicks he wants, gets all the dope he wants, sleeps whenever he wants, and certainly does NOT have to put out an ouce of effort. I don't know, but I will bet that a maid cleans up his room and washes his clothes too.

Communism has worked well for him.

Hi. I am (if you haven't already guessed) Leonard Henderson, Co-Founder of American Family Rights Association (http://familyrights.us), Oregon Family Rights (http://oregonfamilyrights.com), and Revolution2.us (http://revolution2.us)

I am "unmedicated", so I do have "dangerous independent thoughts", beginning with my firm conviction that you are absolute FRAUDS. Tell me how wonderful you really are, and why you aren't guilty of Federal Capital Crimes.
